Steve Haynes is the founder of Savi Coliving near Valencia, Spain, and the principal advisor at The Coliving Advisor. A former chef turned hospitality founder, his work sits between hospitality strategy, community design, property positioning, guest psychology, sober living, storytelling, and the operational reality of running a house full of humans.
