Hi, I’m Steve. I built Savi Coliving. A sober mountain coliving twenty-five minutes outside Valencia, in the hills of Náquera. Pool, gym, yoga studio, badminton court, coworking with screens, mountain trails out the door, sober house culture. The works.
Before that I was a chef. Then I ran kitchens. Then I opened restaurants. La Bocana in Formentera, among others. Then I worked on rural hospitality projects in Spain, including Casas de Benali. A rural eco hotel I was on the operating team for, since pivoted to a corporate offsite retreat. Then I founded my own. La Casa del Viento. Won the Worldpackers Sustainable Development Goals award in 2025. Passed it on shortly after to focus fully on Savi, which became an overnight success. Twenty years of being on the operator side of hospitality, mostly making mistakes I now help other people not make.
The advisory exists because enough people kept sending me the same deck. A beautiful villa. A vague concept. The word “community” on every slide. No operating model. No idea who it’s actually for. And they ask me if it’s ready to launch.
