This site is operated by Steve Haynes (The Coliving Advisor), Valencia, Spain. The site is intentionally light on tracking and exists primarily to let you contact Steve about consulting work.

When you submit the contact form, the information you provide (name, email, property location, project type, property status, website, budget range, timeline, and your message) is stored in a private database and sent to steve@thecolivingadvisor.com so that Steve can reply to you. Your information is never sold, never shared with third parties for marketing, and never used for advertising.

The site uses cookies only for essential functionality and lightweight analytics (page views, no personal identifiers). You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser without affecting the use of the site.

If you want your enquiry deleted from the database, email steve@thecolivingadvisor.com and it will be removed within 7 days.
